Pangram helps educators, publishers, and businesses review content while protecting its confidentiality and respecting ownership. Our privacy commitments are straightforward:

• Your content stays yours. Submitting material to Pangram does not transfer ownership to us.
• Your submissions are not training data. We do not use submitted content to train, develop, refine, or improve AI models.
• Your content is used to serve you. We process submissions to provide and support the services in your customer agreement. We do not sell submitted content or use it for advertising.
• You have deletion options. Delete submissions from your history or contact privacy@pangram.com. For organization-managed accounts, we work with your institution or company to fulfill requests.

We use service providers to operate Pangram under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. Retention and deletion follow our Privacy Policy and your applicable customer agreement; limited records may remain for billing and analytics.
